The Luka Living company, creator of the unique rental housing project entitled Luka Living rental apartments & shopping center, received another award - this time at the "Czech Best 100" award ceremony held at the Prague Castle Spanish Hall on Friday 30th of November 2018.
Representatives of the best 10 companies (selected from the 100 best companies of the year 2018) received an award on the stage of the Spanish Hall, and so did winners in 8 specialised categories and winning individuals of the "LADY PRO" and "GENTLEMAN PRO" contests. The awards have been hosted yearly since 1996 by the Comenius company as part of the survey competition "Czech Best 100".
Luka Living received an award for winning one of the eight specialised categories, namely "Civil Engineering & Transportation".
"This is a third award this year: "Construction Project of the Year", "Best of Realty", and now "Czech Best 100". We appreciate all these awards. They are a reward for our hard work and motivation. Thank you," said Víťa Vala and Tomáš Kašpar, co-authors of the unique idea of modern rental housing.
